Update #1

- added the green variation
- fix movies image on shellstyle
- fix taskbar, it was 23 pixel now 22
- move caption buttons a pix down to make it look right


Update #2:

-I fixed the logoff image on green variation
-Firebird scrollbars looks better


Update #3:

I include 3 diferent type of fonts. You can choose them in font size
Normal = Lucida Grande size 8
Large Fonts = Arial size 8
Extra Large Fonts = Tahoma size 8

I can see some bugs, like in the combo button, and judging from the screenshot, you chose to do the rounded titlebar edges differently this time. Oh well. I guess there's only so much you can do to cover up the pain of the windows interface. Yay Mac.
